Rubber stamp

I was absent mindedly munching a mince pie yesterday when the plastic packaging it came in caught my eye! LOL The bottoms of the dents where the pies sit had this pretty little pattern on them! Ever thrifty, I chopped one out and this morning I made a rubber stamp from it.

Here it is:

It rather reminds me of Spirograph patterns! :o) I knew I could justify eating one more mince pie! LOL What do you think?

Very cool! Is it polystyrene? Does it count as Challenge #4?

Hee-hee! Who'd have thought it?

Not polystyrene unfortunately, Kim!

The moral of the story is eat lots of mince pies and keep your eyes peeled! LOL

Lol, brilliant!!! Sadly my box of mince pies didn't have indents like this - but I'm still munching through them, just in case ;>

ooh I like this --- did you literally ink up the bottom of the mince pie container and stamp it? Lovely stuff :)

No, I made a rubber stamp of it. You know the foam rubber stamps you can get? Well, I heated up the base of one of those and then, while it was hot, pressed it onto the plastic mince pie bit. Hey presto, a new stamp! ;o) It works with any Funky Foam type stuff too. I've got some if you want to have a go! ;o)
