Stencilling

Everywhere I go in blog land I seem to come across stencilling and I've been hankering to jump on the bandwagon so today I bought a couple of cans of spray paint from a pound shop and this evening I had a play with them out in the garden. This is some of my experimenting:

It was great fun and I can see why it has an addictive reputation! LOL I also had a play with some stencils in an art journal I'm working in at the moment. I'll post some pics of that when I've finished the spreads I'm working on. If you haven't tried it yet then I can highly recommend it!

Maz, seems you're having fun!!! Love this, and the previous art journal spread. Like you, germs have knocked me low atm - hope you've now fully recovered from yours!

hugs, Linda.

I hadn't realised you could get spray paint at pound shops, I'll keep my eyes open. I've tried with my little spray bottles but it doesn't look right. Excellent work, Maz.

Thank you both! :o)

Linda, hope your germs go away soon! I'm over my coldy thing but still doing a bit of battle with my back. Nothing compared to how it was though for which I'm very grateful!!

Elizabeth, I got my spray paint in Poundland. They only had gloss white, gloss black and grey primer but they're big tins and a snip for £1 each! Definitely worth checking out!
