Altered Shoe

On my Yahoo group, I hosted a winter themed altered shoe shrine swap and I completed my shoe this morning. It's a baby shoe that I stiffened with Paverpol, spray painted and added embellishments to and then mounted on a vintage tin that I cut and bent to shape.

Hi Maz
What a lovely unusual idea, and a beautiful way to preserve something special.
Looks as if your a bit more mobile now, hope the leg's healing well.

I love this! Also I've been thinking about getting some paverpol and having a play. What do you make of it having used it?

Thanks, Becky. ;o) Well, it's the only time I've used Pavelpol (so far!) and the shoe I used had plastic on it as well as fabric so I wasn't sure it would work but much to my surprise it did! I was impressed with just how hard it set and it was very easy to use. I'd like to experiment a bit more with it for AB covers I think.
